Community Association Manager

Community Association Manager to manage a portfolio of 6 to 10 new homeowners associations in the greater Bay Area/Central California Area, working from our office in San Ramon. Job duties include maintaining association records, preparing work orders, scheduling common area maintenance, keeping maintenance records and reviewing vendor invoices; site inspections; preparing correspondence including meeting notices, violation letters for CC&R enforcement, and other correspondence; compiling board of directors meeting agendas and board meeting packets; facilitating board meetings, reporting to board of directors at board meetings, and taking minutes at board meetings; implementing directives from board of directors; reviewing financial statements; assisting in the preparation of recommended annual budgets; communicating with homeowners, board members, committees, developers, vendors, and others. 


Requirements:

 

Successful applicant will need the following skills: time management and follow through skills; people skills; verbal and written communication skills including documentation skills; ability to read, understand, and implement association CC&R's and other governing documents; computer skills; and financial management skills, including ability to read, understand, and explain financial statements. Job includes some driving and work outside of office (site inspections and board meetings) and some evening work (board meetings). Must pass background check, and have valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile liability insurance.
