For over 20 years we have provided a full range of consulting services to community associations. Our service is based on many years of cooperation with homeowners, vendors, builders and experts throughout all aspects of the industry to grow our company as the leader in Common Interest Development operations and maintenance.

We have worked with over 2500 different community associations of all varieties: suburban condominiums, large master planned communities, high-rise developments, and mixed use (commercial/residential) of all construction types. Our expertise spans the Common Interest Communities at every stage – from obtaining initial approval for the project, to forming the community, to transferring the Board of Directors to homeowner control, to the management of existing communities over many years, to providing solid financial support and reserve study expertise, to construction management on aging communities.

Our strength is the expertise of our leaders in every division who have come up through the ranks of the company.  Our seven Department and Division Chairs average 13 years experience both in the CID industry and in our company.  All our employees together average 6 years, again in both the industry and our company.  Their loyalty and long tenure provide the foundation of expertise to lead our staff and our clients through both the routine, and the challenging.  We hire from outside the industry, and train and promote from within to ensure quality control.  We require all our staff to obtain the highest credentials available in their area of expertise.

One of only Six Certified Management Firms in Northern California

The Helsing Group, Inc. has been awarded the Accredited Community Management Firm (ACMF) credential by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).  The ACMF designation is reserved for the few leading firms whose business practices meet the highest industry standards.  Out of hundreds of community management companies, we are one of only 16 firms throughout California to hold the ACMF designation!

 Achieving ACMF status requires a stringent certification process, including an examination of our risk management practices, ethical standards, and individual staff qualifications; and a comprehensive internal audit of our financial control processes.  The audit ensures that we practice an optimal system of checks and balances to provide our clients’ finances with the highest level of protection. 

 We take pride in our longtime commitment to exemplary business practices, and are very pleased to receive this formal recognition from the community management industry as a whole.  We are honored by the trust our Association clients place in us, and look forward to maintaining the superior standards embodied by the ACMF credential over the coming years.

Serving the entire United States, The Helsing Group, Inc is a Founder of The Association of Professional Reserve Analysts and the CAI Reserve Study Committee.  We were supporters of and participants in the creating of Reserve Study national standards for both organizations.  Having prepared many thousands of Reserve Studies nationwide on thousands of community associations for over 20 years, We pride ourselves on the quality of our studies.
